When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email, phone number (if you give it) and the travel details you share with us. When you subscribe to our letter we collect your email address.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, plan and run your journey, and send the seasonal letter if you asked for it. We share only what is needed with the homestays, drivers and guides on your Route.

What we never do

We never sell your details or share them with advertisers. You can unsubscribe from the letter at any time with the link at the bottom of every email.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for two years and booking records for as long as Indian tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses privacy-friendly analytics that do not track you across other sites. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to us through the Plan my journey page and we will respond within 30 days.
